Every year during Women’s History Month, hundreds of brands rush to promote women on their feeds. But are they actually promoting women internally? The data says ‘no.’
That’s why we decided to use Indeed’s paid and organic social channels and make the business case for why companies should actually promote women in their careers. We used the #ActuallyPromoteWomen as a rallying cry and thread for the work with all of the assets leading to a landing page where people could learn more.
